Functional Fitness is suitable for all abilities, ages and goals. 

Functional Fitness is a form of training that builds strength, stability and mobility - making us more efficient not only whilst inside the gym but also in everyday life. 

Our class timetable offers 30 classes a week, and is split into two different class types - Power and Sweat. Although different in nature, we recommend members attend a mix of both.  You will never come across the same session twice in our gym, every day is different which what keeps training interesting! 


Each daily workout is provided with a 'scaled' option, suitable for those with injuries or for those who prefer the simpler movements.


Our Power classes combine strength training with a cardio based workout. Each class is 1 hour long and includes a 15-20 minute strength session where members are taught how to complete a range of weightlifting movements safely and effectively. Following the strength session, the class is then put through a workout of between 10 - 30 minutes.


Our Sweat classes are designed to increase cardio endurance. Again, the class is 1 hour in length however members are taken through a longer workout, usually approx 30 - 45 minutes in length. Our members love the weekly 'partner' workouts we provide and these can often be found in the Sweat class - a time to partner up and work together to achieve your goals.
