Functional Fitness is suitable for all abilities, ages and goals.
Functional Fitness is a form of training that builds strength, stability and mobility - making us more efficient not only whilst inside the gym but also in everyday life.
What can you expect in each session?
All classes at District V last one hour and typically consist of three elements:
Warm Up & Mobilise (10 mins)
Strength (10 - 20 mins)
Workout (15 - 40 mins)
Our sessions combine a mixture of bodyweight movements, barbell exercises and gymnastic skills to give the body a well rounded and effective workout.
Our sessions can be adapted to suit your goals and fitness levels.
