Our regular membership classes are capped at 8-10 clients per session to allow for social distancing. It also ensures you get the most out of each workout and allows our coaching to be personalised and tailored to your individual needs.

Our Five Weeks to Fit challenges are great for people new to fitness or looking for more structured support.
DISTRICT Yoga
Our weekly DISTRICT Yoga sessions are perfect to increase strength and flexibility whilst relaxing the mind.
Our Gym Memberships
We're currently accepting new members! Our membership packages come in two different lengths -
6 monthly or monthly.

Prior to joining, if you have not been a member of a functional fitness gym before, you must complete a Fundamentals Session with one of our trainers. This session is FREE when you sign up to a full 6 month contract, or £25 for all other memberships.

The Fundamentals Session will allow you to run through all of the typical movements with one of our coaches prior to starting, run in small groups you will learn how to move safely and correctly.
