The Challenge

Here at DVF the health and well being of our members is our number one priority. Through movement and fitness we aim to make people healthier, fitter and happier in their day to day lives.

Our Five Week to Fit challenge is aimed at people who are committed to getting fitter and healthier and are looking for something new to try. 

 

With only 10 spaces available, you will join a small group of likeminded individuals, completing functional fitness workouts alongside nutritional guidance and support - tailored to your specific goals. â€‹

The challenge costs £145 for the full five week course.​

1. Classes  run at the following times, to ensure you get the most from the program make sure you can attend at:

Mondays 6pm - 7pm

Wednesday 6pm - 7pm

Sundays 9am - 10am
