The Challenge

Here at DVF the health and well being of our members is our number one priority. Through movement and fitness we aim to make people healthier, fitter and happier in their day to day lives. 

Our Five Week to Fit challenge is aimed at people who have been out of fitness for a little while or are looking for something new to try. 

 

With only 20 spaces available, the challenge involves high-intensity functional fitness workouts alongside nutritional guidance and support - tailored to your specific goals. 

Signing up is easy 

 

1. Reserve your place by emailing us at info@districtvfitness.com

2. Receive the fitness and nutrition information pack via email and get prepared to start the challenge

 

3. Meet the rest of the participants at your first session, receive a challenge brief and complete your first workout

 

4. Commit to the Five Week process and enjoy feeling fitter, stronger and healthier!

What's included?

  • 3 high-intensity, small group classes per week

  • A personalised nutrition plan

  • Weekly weigh-ins and guidance

  • Individual and group support​

When are the classes?

Group A: Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 9am 

or

Group B: Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 10am 

Each class lasts one hour.

What is the cost?

The challenge costs £99 for the full five week course
