The Challenge

Here at DVF the health and well being of our members is our number one priority. Through movement and fitness we aim to make people healthier, fitter and happier in their day to day lives. 

Our Five Week to Fit challenge is aimed at people who have been out of fitness for a little while or are looking for something new to try. 

 

With only 16 spaces available, you will join a small group of likeminded individuals, completing functional fitness workouts alongside nutritional guidance and support - tailored to your specific goals.

The challenge costs £145 for the full five week course

1. choose your preferred class times

Group A: 

Mondays and Thursdays at 6pm, Saturdays at 9am

Group B: 

Mondays and Thursdays at 7pm, Saturdays at 10am
