Here at DVF the health and well being of our members is our number one priority. Through movement and fitness we aim to make people healthier, fitter and happier in their day to day lives.
Our Five Week to Fit challenge is aimed at people who have been out of fitness for a little while or are looking for something new to try.
With only 20 spaces available, the challenge involves high-intensity functional fitness workouts alongside nutritional guidance and support - tailored to your specific goals.
What is the cost?
The challenge costs £99 for the full five week course
3 x high-intensity workouts each week

1-2-1 support and weekly weigh ins
Support from our trained coached and optional weigh ins

Mondays & Wednesdays at 6pm, Saturdays at 9am
Mondays & Wednesdays at 7pm, Saturdays at 10am

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 10.30am
