Here at DVF the health and well being of our members is our number one priority. Through movement and fitness we aim to make people healthier, fitter and happier in their day to day lives.
Our Five Week to Fit challenge is aimed at people who have been out of fitness for a little while or are looking for something new to try. With only 18 spaces available, the challenge involves high-intensity functional fitness workouts alongside nutritional guidance and support - tailored to your specific goals.

When are the classes?
We run two groups, one group attends classes every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm and Saturdays at 9am.
The second group attends classes every Monday and Wednesday at 7pm and Saturdays at 10am.
Each class lasts one hour.
What is the cost?
The challenge costs £99 for the full five week course
