Join us for a District Yoga session with local Yoga teacher Emily Blackett.
Enjoy 60 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga, suitable for all ages and abilities. Aimed at conditioning the whole body system, the sessions create peace and stillness in the mind whilst also developing strength and mobility in the body.
