Established in 2019, we are a Functional Fitness gym that incorporates weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio elements into daily workouts designed to increase strength, mobility and fitness - no matter what your ability.
We pride ourselves in being a friendly, supportive environment, full of like-minded people looking to improve their health and fitness.
We offer over 30 classes per week, a modern well-equipped gym plus an extremely popular 'Five Weeks to Fit' programme.
Our general membership packages give you access to over 30 group classes each week.
Our hour-long classes include a mix of weightlifting exercises, cardio endurance training and gymnastic elements - you won't get bored with a different workout provided every day!
Our Five Weeks to Fit challenge is the perfect challenge for those who have been out of fitness for a while.
Sign up for the course and get 3 x group workouts every week, a personalised nutrition plan and 1-2-1 support. We have seen excellent results from this small group training environment.
Our Open Gym membership allows users access to the gym when our group classes are not in operation.
Make use of our extensive Concept2 cardio equipment, barbells, prowler, DBs, KBs or rig and create your own workout - or have a go at our daily workout on the whiteboard!
