1. Contact us to attend a free taster session at a day / time to suit you


2. Meet the team and other members in your Free Taster and try a workout


3. Choose your membership option and start attending classes straight away


4. Attend a Fundamentals Session to learn how to move safely and efficiently

What do we offer?


Our general membership packages give you access to over 25 Functional Fitness classes each week.


We also offer a 'drop-in' Bootcamp class every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30am - no membership required!


Our Five Weeks to Fit is the perfect challenge for those who have been out of fitness for a while.

Sign up for the course and get 3 x high-intensity group workouts a week, a personalised nutrition plan and 1-2-1 support throughout.


Our Open Gym membership allows users access to the gym when our group classes are not in operation.

Make use of our extensive Concept 2 cardio equipment, barbells or rig and create your own workout at a time that suits you.
